Long story short: After the acquisition of Aetna, CVS Health required a new brand identity at an enterprise level. I led the verbal work for this, providing a new voice, tone and storytelling style for all CVS Health business units, from retail to internal comms.
You may have seen my work…: basically everywhere: On in-store signage, in conversations with CVS pharmacists and Aetna health specialists, guiding tone of voice in radio and TV ads, and as a CVS employee, through internal communications.
